Try before you buy
Unit 1 of every subject is free forever, along with a small allowance of AI tutor messages and FRQ gradings. You can explore the question bank, the tutor, and AI grading before paying anything — no credit card required.
One-time purchases
Pro and Premium are one-time purchases that unlock a single subject for 12 months. There is no subscription, nothing renews automatically, and there is nothing to cancel.
14-day refund window
If a subject unlock isn’t what you expected, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it in full. After 14 days we generally don’t refund unused time, since you keep access for the entire 12-month period.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice, charged for something you didn’t buy, or hit a billing or technical problem on our end, contact us and we’ll make it right with a full refund where appropriate — regardless of the 14-day window.
How to request one
Email billing@abisabi.com with your account email and the purchase date. We aim to respond within one business day and resolve legitimate refund requests within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
