Using AbiSabi
AbiSabi provides AP® exam preparation tools for students, teachers, and schools. By creating an account you agree to use the platform for its intended educational purpose and in line with your school’s policies.
Age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to create an AbiSabi account directly. Students under 13 may only use AbiSabi when provisioned by their school or a parent/guardian, as described in our Privacy & Data Protection summary.
Accounts & roles
Accounts are scoped by role (student, teacher, administrator). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Schools may provision, manage, and deactivate accounts for their members.
Content & originality
Lessons, practice questions, and explanations on AbiSabi are original works created for the platform. AP® is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse AbiSabi. Course structures reference the publicly available College Board Course and Exam Description framework.
Intellectual property
AbiSabi and its content are owned by us and licensed, not sold, to you. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own (or your school’s) educational purposes. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content outside the platform.
Student work
You retain ownership of the work you submit (including written and uploaded free-response). You grant AbiSabi permission to process that work to provide feedback, scoring, and progress tracking, as described in our Privacy & Data Protection summary.
Purchases & billing
Pro and Premium are one-time, per-subject purchases that unlock a subject for 12 months. Nothing renews automatically and there is no subscription to cancel. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, who handles billing, tax, and payment security on our behalf. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a subject you have already unlocked. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, or use AbiSabi to violate academic-integrity policies. Schools set their own rules for permitted use during instruction and assessment.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or misuses the platform. You may stop using AbiSabi and close your account at any time; for paid subjects, cancel first from your account settings so you aren’t billed again. A school may terminate its accounts’ access at any time by contacting us.
Availability & changes
We work to keep AbiSabi reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; for school accounts, material changes are communicated to administrators. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
No exam guarantee
AbiSabi is a preparation tool. While our content is aligned to the current exam framework, we do not guarantee any particular AP exam score.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
AbiSabi is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where AbiSabi is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your local law requires otherwise.
